But, we did have some wonderfully sunny days, unfortunately not enough for the salmonberries. Lots of them were of darn good proportion, just not of that wonderful flavor that those of us fortunate enough to know just how delicious that is. They mostly say that the amount of fish in the sea around this neck of the woods was not too exemplary as well. BOY O BOY! MAN O MAN! The oheduks at least are still there and in easy reach for those that go after them. Trout and black bass seem to be plentiful here in the bay also. Another summer in the books and waiting for next summer, just wishing I could wait for that where they don't know what winter weather is like. OH, WELL!! |
